A hearing is due to be held in West Sussex today over allegations an MP was illegally towing children on a quad bike.
Mid Sussex MP Nicholas Soames will appear before magistrates in Crawley to face safety and insurance charges over the allegations.
The Conservative was allegedly filmed by hunt saboteurs riding the quad bike with two youngsters on the back at a New Years Day hunt in Slaugham.
It's claimed neither of the children was strapped in or wearing a helmet.
